A decade of experience with Veolia SARPI Dorog
Our journey with Veolia SARPI Dorog began in 2016, when we started designing a new business management system for its hazardous-waste operations.
We went on to develop and implement the system and have continuously evolved it ever since. Today, it supports the operational lifecycle of waste — from contracting and acceptance through weighing, storage and treatment to shipment and regulatory reporting.
DIGITAL TOOLS ON THE SHOP FLOOR
We also developed a mobile application that brings the system directly into on-site operations. QR codes identify waste batches, containers, storage locations, laboratory samples and transport documentation, giving workers immediate access to the relevant information.
The same application is used to record physical operations as they happen — including acceptance, dismantling, consolidation, relocation, pre-treatment, incineration and shipment.
This creates a direct link between physical waste operations and the underlying business data, improving traceability throughout the process.

We combine hands-on waste-management knowledge with process design, software engineering and project delivery. Our experience includes operational assessments and business process redesign for an industrial waste-management company, as well as ownership and strategic governance in the sector.
